PhotoScout started in a rented hatchback outside Reine in 2024. Three days, two photographers, one shared Google Doc — and the slow realization that every "AI trip planner" we tried wanted to send us to Instagram spots at the wrong time of day.
We wanted coordinates, not vibes. Light direction, not "trending in Norway." So we built the thing we kept asking other tools for, and then we kept using it. This is that thing.

PRINCIPLES
The rules we won't bend.
- 01No diffusion-generated reference images.
Every photo in the app is shot by a credited working photographer. Reference is reality, not a vector.
- 02Times are calculated, never averaged.
Sunrise, sunset, blue hour are computed for the exact coordinate and date. ±4 min, not ±40.
- 03We name the photographer.
When you see Hamnøy at 17:38, you'll see who shot it, what focal length, and what gear.
